The Creative Cottage Challenge Blog - Challenge 1 "NEW"

Yay...today is the launch of the Creative Cottage Challenge Blog... and in keeping with the occassion our very first challenge is NEW. We'd love to see your new creations, you can interpret the theme as you wish... new products, new baby, new home etc so that's sure to give you a few ideas! You can use ANY products from ANY manufacturer so you're not just limited to The Creative Cottage products, how fab is that. Of course if you wish to use The Creative Cottage products you can purchase them HERE, we'd love to see what you come up with! Here's my Design Team card for the challenge...

For the NEW element on my card I've used one of the fabulous printables which will be coming soon to The Creative Cottage, isn't this little oriental girl just the cutest! I've also used my NEW Epson printer to print out the sheet! All the elements for the card, apart from the buttons and pearl flower centre are on the A4 printable sheet, they're so easy to work with and give such beautiful results! I've added a little faux stitching and glitter for good measure too! Becky, my fellow DT friend had the fab idea to start the Challenge Blog, so drop by and check out the other DT cards, lots of lovely inspiration for you!

The prize for the first challenge is the gorgeous "Bags of Style" kit. You also have the chance to be part of the Design Team, so pop by the blog for more details!
