Little Green Monster

Yesterday I had a bit of a traumatic day... to start with the weather was horrendous, it poured down ALL day! BUT that was just the start of it! About 10am I'm just about to get in the shower after settling little one in her play pen and I hear a HUGE BANG outside! So I shove my dressing gown on and race to see what's going on only to find that a car had CRASHED INTO MY WALL/GATE... OMG!!! No other car there, just the one so my immediate thought was that the driver had passed out at the wheel...I race outside, in my dressing gown (which incidentally is the same as Whitney's on East Enders) ready to call the ambulance or pompiers as they do in France BUT there's no one in the car!!! Then I see a man come out of the neighbours house shouting MERDE MERDE MERDE! OH??? Basically the car was his and he'd park up the street on the opposite side of the road, and FORGOT to put his handbake on! Like you do of course! The car had rolled across the road (the road is on a slight slope) and crashed straight into my gate! So the damage is quite a bit, lets just say that the wall has been pushed into the garden and the gate is wedged shut between two crumbling pillars! Now if that wasn't enough for one day my iphone decides it's had enough and goes off in the afternoon, does a strange lightshow on the screen and then completely dies!!! WHAT?! So I spent all evening trying to get it to work again...after much searching it's back on but the screen is flickering all the time so not sure what's going on there! A day to forget, I can tell you!

OK, onto my creation, today I'm sharing this cute, Little Green Monster card...the adorable digital stamp is called Lil' Monster and is from the Pollycraft Swings 'n Slides collection, available from Little Miss Muffet Stamps...
As usual I've kept it CAS...not even any pearls or gems on this one!!! BUT... couldn't forget the doodling! The polka dot paper is a digi, the sentiment printed from the PC. It's been ages since I used ribbon on my cards, so I thought I'd add a tad here... otherwise my card was too CAS! If you would like to see more inspiration from Little Miss Muffet Stamps then make sure to pop by our Facebook or Pinterest pages!

Sketch Challenge @ Passion for Promarkers

Good morning folks! I'm sharing a card today made in my new craftroom (hooray)...I can finally get to my crafty bits and it's great! Today we have a new sketch challenge over at Passion for Promarkers, you can find Lou's sketch HERE. I've made my card using a digi stamp called Pip So Special from Digistamp Boutique, here it is...
Now who could resist this adorable digi stamp? The lovely sentiment comes with this stamp too! I love this little character and her sweet dog! I used my Promarkers to colour, the papers are from my stash, I found them when I was clearing my craft stuff...a happy find! My doodles had to be added too, of course.

We have two generous sponsors this week, Digistamp Boutique have a £10 voucher up for grabs, and Letraset are offering a 6 pk of Promarkers to one lucky winner! So join in, using your Letraset markers of course, and you could grab yourself one of these fab prizes!

Another Jr Sunbonnet...

Hiya all! I am chasing my tail this week, as usual, so my card for Little Miss Muffet Stamps is later than planned. The good news is I can finally get back into my craft room, well my new one that is, although it's not finished yet. When it is I'll share pics! So here is my card for Little Miss Muffet Stamps...
This little sweetie is from the Jr Sunbonnet range, she's called Adventure! I really like this collection of digital stamps and have used a few of these now, and at only $3.00 a stamp, well they're a bargain! I've coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers today, the papers are digi ones from my stash. I have punched out the flowers using my old  Nellie Snellen punches, and the sentiment stamp is an old one too, can't remember where from!

Pop by the LMMS Gallery on Pinterest to see lots more!

I'm entering my card into the In the Pink Challenge - Anything Goes

As usual my moto is CAS so just a small addition of paper (an old one from Pink Petticoat), doodles and twine! Colouring is with Copics.

I also want to draw your attention to something very important that's going on at Little Miss Muffet Stamps, as a little girl called Cassandra needs your support.  To help raise awareness Little Miss Muffet Stamps has released 12 new images...plus there's a freebie so that everyone can join in! Cassandra is deaf and has asked for RTC (Real Time Captioning) as she struggles to follow in class and RTC will really help her. Please take the time to read Cassandra's story. Summer Lovin'

Hi folks! Just a quick post today to share my DT card for Passion for Promarkers...this week the theme of our challenge is SUMMER LOVIN' (Anniversary, Wedding, Love etc)...
I've gone for a CAS look without too many frills...I used my Letraset markers to colour the little love birds...very simple colouring indeed! Only used 3 colours! The digital image and paper are from Pink Petticoat, I bought this set a few years back now but thought it was perfect for our challenge!

We are sponsored by Polkadoodles this week who are kindly giving away 2 prizes, stamps True Love and Proposal! They are so cute and just perfect for any romantic occassion!

Right, make sure to join in our Summer Lovin' challenge...don't forget to use your Letraset markers! I'll be back later this week with my inspiration card for Little Miss Muffet Stamps...
