Sketch Challenge at Little Miss Muffet

Normally I follow sketches religiously, but this time I thought I'd go a little more freestyle, if you know what I mean. Here's my DT card, see what I mean...

Anyway, I kinda like it... the image is so sweet. I love her little pet! She's called Alvina and can be found at Little Miss Muffet Stamps. He little friend reminds me of a Pokemon :)

Boys Boys Boys... and a headache!

Firstly... I must apologise for the lateness of this post... I've had a stinking headache since yesterday afternoon that just wouldn't shift... it's dulled down now hence I am posting my DT card for Cupcake Craft Challenges...

This week our challenge has been chosen by our lovely Sari Sunshine, who would like to see  BOY THEMED CREATIONS... something you'd give to a lad. 

Now my card, as you can see is a get well card...   I made it for my uncle who has recently had a kidney removed... thankfully he's doing much better several weeks on from his op! I've used the gorgeous Chester Get Well Pollycraft image from Little Miss Muffet Stamps... how cute? All the other bits and bobs are from my stash, I have had them for like FOREVER! He's coloured with Flexmarkers.

Winged Things

Good morning all! It's a wet and cold day here... I have to say I've just about had my fill of winter weather considering it's almost JUNE! 

Anyhow, we have a fabby new challenge over at Di's Digi Designs Challenge, this fortnight we'd like you to create something that includes WINGED THINGS! So that's anything with wings! I've gone the obvious route with birds, only because I adore this digi stamp from Di's Digi Stamps called Izzy's Birdcage. Here's my DT card...

I loved colouring her, I kept it simple by just adding a few choice embellishments... I love the birdcage die and pretty ribbon (merci beaucoup Lau).

Passion for Promakers - Anniversary Challenge #199

Hello friends!

The weather here has been pants, I can't believe that we're almost into June when I see the rain outside! And talk about cold... it feels like October not May!!! On route for another rubbish summer? I'm just pleased I have my crafting and blog, it keeps you going sometimes, especially when you all leave such lovely comments... thank you :)

Enough said... the next bit of the post is much more exciting! Today is a rather special day over at Passion for Promarkers Challenge... it's our 4th Anniversary! So we're going to be kind and have an ANYTHING GOES challenge theme, you just have to use Letraset Markers (Pro, Flex Tria, Aqua, Neon etc) in your entry. Here's my DT card...

As I usually do doodling and CAS cards, so I've done things a bit differently and added some extra bits on my card today... and I realised that although I have LOTS of stash, I don't have things I need like MORE DIES... I'd have liked a small butterfly die but didn't have one so had to go with a die cut I found in my stash (Mmm not sure about this one). And NO doodling here (apart from the handwritten message)! It takes me ages to do "fussy" cards ("fussy" in a good way)... and this one isn't that "fussy"... some peeps do wonders with embellishments etc, but I just either don't find the time or run out of patience. Anyway, it turned out ok, mainly due to this gorgeous girl from Saturated Canary!

Do you Doodle?

Good morning all!

Ok are you one of those people who sits doodling on the telephone pad, or when sitting in meetings (and not listening to your boss)? Well if you are the new challenge at Passion for Promarkers is just right up your street! It's my week to choose our challenge them so I thought I'd go for DOODLEICIOUS... just include some doodling on your creation!
